Hello you! 🌸
Today, I really wanted to share my current obsession: Kellan Lutz. You probably know who he is (the handsome guy who played Emmett Cullen in Twilight 🧛‍♂️✨). But what I discovered is that he has done much more than that! I enjoyed diving back into his entire filmography and honestly… he deserves way more love.

So, let me tell you about all his movies, with a quick summary (I promise I won’t spoil too much 👀), and for some I’ll explain why I really fell in love with them.

🎬 His complete filmography

1. Stick It (2006)

A film about gymnastics, full of energy and rebellious teens. Kellan has a small role, but already, you can notice his charisma!

2. Accepted (2006)

A comedy about a fake university campus. He plays a typical student from US comedies: funny, a bit cliché, but super entertaining.

3. Prom Night (2008)

A horror slasher around prom night. Not my favorite, but I love seeing him step out of his pretty-boy role.

4. Twilight Saga (2008 – 2012)

So there… this is THE role that made him famous: Emmett Cullen 😍. The protective older brother and super funny. Honestly, I loved him right away because he brings a touch of humor and tenderness in this dark universe.
👉 My favorite film of the saga with him? Eclipse (2010), he is just ICONIC in the training scene.

5. Warrior (2009)

A film about sports and brotherhood. Kellan shows his sensitive and physical side at the same time.

6. A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010)

The remake of the horror classic. I jumped a thousand times 😱, and Kellan is incredible in the tense scenes.

7. Love, Wedding, Marriage (2011)

A sweet romantic comedy. If you want to see a more tender and loving Kellan, this is the perfect movie 💕.

8. Immortals (2011)

A mythological action film, where he plays the god Poseidon 🌊. I loved his scenes (even though I think he didn’t get enough screen time, sniff).

9. Java Heat (2013)

A thriller shot in Indonesia, full of action and exoticism. Very cool to watch if you like moving films!

10. The Legend of Hercules (2014)

His big lead role 💪. Honestly, he is perfect in the role of Hercules: strong, brave, and so handsome in his armor. Even though the film didn’t get the best reviews, I devoured it because he totally shines.

11. Expendables 3 (2014)

Alongside Stallone and all the big names in action cinema. Here, Kellan establishes himself as a real badass, and it’s great to see him in such an epic cast.

12. The Osiris Child (2016)

A science fiction film with an original universe. I found it had a very futuristic vibe, and Kellan is super convincing in it.

13. Money (2016)

A psychological thriller in a closed setting. Not his most famous role, but he plays the tension and duality of his character well.

14. Speed Kills (2018)

With John Travolta. A crime drama where he plays a secondary but impactful role.

15. Guardians of the Tomb (also called 7 Guardians of the Tomb, 2018)

A fantasy adventure film with terrifying creatures 🕷️. Not groundbreaking, but fun to watch for Kellan fans.

16. What Men Want (2019)

A modern comedy, where he has a nice little role.

17. Come Out Fighting (2023)

His latest recent project, an intense war film. I love seeing him evolve in more serious and deep roles.

🌟 Why do I love him so much?

Beyond his physique (yes, we can’t lie 😅), Kellan Lutz has this vibe of a nice guy, always smiling, who gives his all in each of his roles. What I love is that he manages to be both the protective brother (Twilight), the mythological hero (Hercules), and the badass action guy (Expendables).
He has real versatility, and I think he’s not given enough recognition in Hollywood.

📌 Conclusion

If you knew Kellan Lutz only from Twilight, now you know he has a much richer career. And believe me, it’s worth (re)discovering his films, especially if you want to see how versatile he can be.
